Live Sessions and Recordings
The most recent live Yoga Nidra Circle session and the one before it will always be available here. These recordings will be replaced as new live sessions occur.
Audio Recordings: Live session recordings will be uploaded to your membership site within 24 hours of the event, and you will receive an email notification as soon as they’re available.
Zoom Links: You’ll receive Zoom links for the live sessions approximately 2 days before the event.
Reflection Prompts: After each live session (or when listening to the recording), you’ll be emailed a reflective writing prompt to explore in your own time.
Scheduled Diary Dates for the Year
View the proposed dates for the year ahead. These are subject to change, and in unforeseen circumstances (e.g., holidays or emergencies), live events may be replaced with audio recordings.

All sessions begin at 8:30 PM. New Moon sessions are approximately 1 ½ hours, and Full Moon sessions are approximately 1 hour.
Wednesdays: April 9th & 23rd, May 7th & 21st, June 4th & 25th, July 9th & 23rd, August 6th, 20th & 27th (replaces Sep 3rd), September 17th, October 1st & 22nd, November 5th & 19th, December 3rd & 17th
Please Note: While I strive to stick to the proposed dates, changes may occasionally occur due to holidays, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, I will provide as much notice as possible.
For quick updates, I encourage you to join the WhatsApp Group, which allows for easier and faster communication.
